Dear Associate
In case of RAC the node which is up first is master node.
In case of 4 nodes RAC master node itself is down then how to identify which node is master node out of serving nodes

What do you mean by "master node"? If you mean the node which is coordinating writes to the cluster registry, if I remember correctly (I don't have a RAC at the site I'm at right now) the node's clusterware alert log will tell you.
Or do you mean something else?
