You have to download the patch. Browse to http://supporthtml.oracle.com and sign in. The tab "patches and updates" has a link for "latest updates", you'll find the 10.2.0.3 patchset for your OS there.

Thanks, but when i try login on the website there is the message :

"Support Identifiers are the "contract" between your organization and Oracle. They define the privileges you have to file service requests, download patches and more. These privileges are approved and set by an administrator in your organization. You need at least one support identifier in your account to get to most features."

And i can't sign in Sad

Patches are available only with a support contract. If your company has one, you need to find your CSI (Customer Support Identifier) number. If no-one knows what it is, ask your account manager at Oracle, or whatever sales droid usually calls you. If you don't have a support contract, there is nothing you can do. Except buy one quickly.
