Use RMAN.

And choose the correct forum to post your question.
This one should be in Backup & Recovery one and NOT in SQL one.

Hello Michel
Thanks you for your help.

I have used RMAN and it works fine. The question is ,How many files are they supposed to appear in the backup folder? because in the videos I see 3,4 but i'm getting two and three .

Lastly which command to use between 'backup full database' and 'backup database'?

Once again thank you very much

Ir depends on many parameters, filesperset, maxsetsize, parallelism, autobackup...
Have a look at "BACKUP" and "SHOW ALL;" commands in Database Backup and Recovery Reference

Do you expect your system to be identical to any system you see in any video or read about in any sample? Of course not. So don't expect results like number of files to be identical either.

Read the documentation you've already been linked to. Explain to us what you think the difference is, and we'll correct you if you are wrong. You will learn much more that way -- not only about the difference between those two commands, but also how to become much more self-sufficient in your job.
