I am seeking a note/how to cleanup after a failed Clustered database install.

BACKGROUND INFO
===================
During the install of a second clustered database on our production RAC, my colleague said that she experienced an error and the installation failed.

Unfortunately, no documentation/screenshot of the exact error was produced.

Now, when a "crs_stat -t" is run, the target/source both appear offline for the failed database. However, there were no instances created.

Additionally, on node 1 there is a folder that has been created in the %ORACLE_BASE%\admin\ path for the failed database.

I am looking for a clean guide to help me get rid of all the traces of that installation and then re-run it.

Many thanks for your help...
